KCARE APPROVED RESOLUTIONS 2007

BR # 1, by BM Roscoe Quingking, seconded by BM Warlito Fortaleza, Resolution approving the membership of Mr. Lufagudo Domine, Mr. Uldarico Toledo, Mrs. Iglesia Nifras Norman  & Retired Judge Moises Nifras.

BR # 2, by BM Roscoe Quingking, seconded by BM Florentino Buyco  Resolution Requesting the  Retired Hon. Judge Moises Nifras  as Association Legal Adviser.

BR #3,  by retired Judge Nifras seconded by Mr. Domine and Mrs. Leonisa Morana,; Resolution to open Bank Account with Rizal Commercial and Banking Corporation, Kabankalan Branch.

BR #4, by BM Florentino Buyco seconded by BM Warlito Diagmel ; Resolution increasing the number of members of the Board of Trustees, from nine to eleven members.

BR #5,  by Vice Chairman Rolando Quingking, seconded by  BM Dolores Bravo; Resolution  to request the use of the old Barangay Hall  as Office of the KCARE & the Senior Citizens of Barangay Binicuil.

BR #6, by VC Rolando Quingking. Seconded by BM Warlito Diagmel; Resolution designationg the first  6 elected BOT with the  highest votes to serve for two years and the next 5 elected BOT  to serve for one year only with reelection.

BR #7, by VC Rolando Quingking, seconded by BM Miguel Gape; Resolution to hold Raffle Draw  sometime December of 2007 to raise fund.

BR #8, by BM Quirico Denaga, seconded by BM Vicente Limaco; Resolution assigning the signatories of the Association  for its bank transactions and other legal business, the following are: Leofredo Nombre, Chairman; Dolores Bravo-Treasurer & Rolando Quingking-Vice Chairman;( two out of three where the chairman is the primary signatory).

BR #9, by BM Avelino Balao seconded by BM Lufagudo Domine; Resolution designating Mrs. Chita Aquirre as one of the Consultants of the Association.

BR #10, by VC Quingking seconded by BM Gape; Resolution retaining a petty cash the amount of PHP 2,000 by the treasurer.

BR # 11,  by BM Balao seconded by BM Marina Ramos, Resolution resetting the  holding of the General assembly from October 14, 2007 to October 21, 2007 so as not to overlap with the schedule of the Senior Citizens.

BR # 12, by BM Miguel Gape, seconded by BM Quirico Denaga; Resolution to ask or request from the Hon. Vice Governor Isidro P. Zayco  the Sound System need of the Association.

BR#13 Resolution Requesting the Honorable Sangguniang Panlungsod of the City of Kabankalan thru the Hon. Mayor Pedro P. Zayco, the “Granting of City Allowance to the Members of the KCARE”.
